Return Conditions

You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it: unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Receive Instructions: We will review your request and provide you with return shipping instructions. Please do not send your item back until you have received these instructions.
  3. Ship the Item: You are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return shipment.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
